All the Companies for which is applied Legislative Decree 81/2008 are obligated to carry out the risk’s assessment of all risks, including the fire risk for its headquarters and its activities, as well as have procedures for emergency management. Based on the results of the evaluation (according to the DM 10/03/98) companies are forced to take measures of prevention and protection that can change depending on each type of activity or company nature.
